Data controller
Reserrva, operating from Spain, is the data controller for account data and for the businesses that use the platform. For any question about this policy or your data, write to hola@reserrva.app.
If you booked an appointment with a business, that business (the barbershop or studio) is the controller of your data: Reserrva processes it on the business's behalf, as a processor, only to manage the appointment and notify you of changes. You can exercise your rights with the business or by writing to us; we will handle it with them.
Legal basis
- Performance of a contract: providing the booking calendar, charging the subscription, sending confirmations and reminders.
- Legal obligation: keeping billing records.
- Legitimate interest: platform security and aggregated usage analytics.
- Consent: optional notifications you request (for example, an alert when a slot opens).
What data we process
- Account data: name, email, phone, language and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile data from that account.
- Business data (if you are an owner, admin or staff member): business name, address, hours, services, prices and the data needed for billing through Stripe.
- Customer data for people who book with a business: name, phone and, if they provide it, email.
- Appointment data: service, staff member, date, time, price and status.
- Technical data: IP address, device type and pages visited, for security and aggregated analytics.
Who we share data with
We use the following processors, each limited to what its function requires:
- Supabase (European Union): database and authentication.
- Vercel: hosting for the web application.
- Stripe: payment and subscription processing.
- Binance Pay: subscription payments in Venezuela (transaction data only).
- Resend: transactional emails (confirmations, reminders).
- Google Maps: maps and geolocation on the public booking page.
- Vercel Analytics: aggregated site-usage analytics.
None of these providers use your data for their own advertising purposes. We do not sell data to third parties.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel or delete your account, we keep billing data for the period required by Spanish commercial and tax law, and delete the rest within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD you can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability to another service. Write to hola@reserrva.app and we will respond within the legal deadline. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
rv_cc: detects your country to show the right price and language. Technical, no consent required.- Authentication cookies (Supabase Auth): keep you signed in. Technical, necessary for the service.
- Analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics): measure site usage in aggregate.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date shows the current version; significant changes are communicated by email or inside the panel.
