Booking without an account
Whoever books creates no account: they confirm with their name and the contact the business asks for (phone at a venue; email, or both, for a video call).

The page shows only real openings: the professional's hours and time off, booked appointments, minimum notice, buffer time and, if the professional connected Google, their busy hours.
Confirmation on booking
On-screen confirmation on booking, with an add-to-calendar option when no Google invitation is sent; for video-call appointments, also a confirmation email to the person booking.
Cancellation by the client
Whoever books cancels from the link in the confirmation, before the cancellation limit the business sets.
Alert when a slot frees up
"Tell me if a slot frees up" when the day is full: the person leaves a contact and gets the notice if a time opens.

Service catalog with duration, price (or free) and buffer time. The business chooses where it works (at the venue, at the client's place or by video call) and the booking page shows it. Catalog edits never rewrite past appointments.

Team agenda
Agenda: a day view on one timeline (the whole team's appointments in overlapping lanes, with each professional's initials) and a week view; it updates on its own when a booking comes in.

Manual appointments from the panel for whoever calls or walks in; they take the slot like an online booking.
Status of each appointment
Visits complete automatically after their reserved time, including cleanup buffers. Cancelled visits, no-shows and pending deposits stay unchanged. Correct automatic completions from the agenda; stats use the recorded statuses.
Double booking impossible
Double booking impossible: a database constraint rejects two appointments for the same professional at the same time, wherever they come from.
Stats
Business stats: appointments, no-shows and estimated revenue per day.

Team and permissions
Team: invitations by email or link for admins and professionals (never for owners: the owner is whoever created the business); everyone signs in with their own access.

Quotes
Requests: the person describes the tattoo (idea, placement, size, style, colour, budget, references); the studio quotes, the person accepts and picks a time.

Deposits: the client pays the deposit through Stripe Checkout after accepting the quote and choosing a time; it lands in the studio's own Stripe account and Reserrva never touches that money.
