What Reserrva is
Reserrva is a booking calendar for businesses and professionals who work by appointment, such as barbershops, tattoo studios or practices. It offers the free Solo plan and paid plans with more capacity and features. Booking is free for the business’s customers; the service price is agreed with that business.
Solo and the optional trial
Solo is free for 1 professional, with unlimited bookings and services. New businesses can start an optional 14-day trial of Business, with no card required.
If you don’t subscribe to a paid plan when the trial or your plan ends, you continue on Solo and keep your data, history and existing appointments. With 1 professional, your page keeps accepting bookings. With more than one, the team can keep receiving bookings for the period shown in Billing; after that, your page stops accepting new bookings, including those you add from the panel, until you subscribe to a plan or keep 1 professional. Restaurants keep accepting bookings. Tattoo requests and quotes require Professional, even if you work alone.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, in the currency shown before subscribing. Reserrva charges no commission per booking: the fee is flat and does not depend on how many bookings you take.
In Venezuela prices are shown in USD. You can prepay months with Binance in USDT (also USDC for Pay ID transfers), without automatic renewal, or subscribe with an international card. These payments cover the business’s use of Reserrva, not its customers’ services or deposits. See prices and payment methods for Venezuela.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription renewal from Billing. Cancellation does not refund the period already paid for: you keep the purchased features until the end of the billed period. You then continue on Solo, keeping your data and existing appointments, within the limits described above. Months prepaid with Binance do not renew automatically.
Deposits (Stripe Connect)
In countries where we offer Stripe Connect (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, Mexico and Brazil), tattoo studios can charge a deposit directly into their own connected Stripe account. That money belongs to the studio: Reserrva does not hold it, manage it or include it in our billing.
Integrated customer deposits are not available in Venezuela. The business agrees on a payment method with its customer and verifies receipt outside Reserrva. Binance does not enable customer deposit collection.
Acceptable use
You may not use Reserrva for illegal activity, post defamatory or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights, attempt to breach the platform's security, run unauthorized automated scraping, or resell the service without prior agreement. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
Reserrva provides the software "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not a party to the contract between the business and its customers: the service delivered (for example a haircut, a tattoo or a consultation) is the business's sole responsibility.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes are communicated by email or inside the panel before they take effect.
