What Reserrva is
Reserrva is a booking calendar for barbershops and tattoo studios. The business pays a subscription; its customers book for free, no account and no per-booking commission.
Free trial
New businesses get 14 days of free trial on the Pro plan, no card required. When the trial ends, you decide whether to continue with a paid subscription; if you don't, your page stops accepting new bookings and your data is kept.
Subscription and billing
The subscription is paid in advance, monthly or yearly, in the business's local currency, through Stripe (or Binance Pay for Venezuela). Reserrva charges no commission per booking: the fee is flat and does not depend on how many bookings you take.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with one click, from Billing. Cancellation does not refund the period already paid for: you keep full access until the end of the billed period. After that date your page stops accepting new bookings, but your data is kept and you can reactivate the subscription whenever you want.
Deposits (Stripe Connect)
In countries where we offer Stripe Connect (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, Mexico and Brazil), tattoo studios can charge a deposit directly into their own connected Stripe account. That money belongs to the studio: Reserrva never holds it, manages it, or includes it in our billing.
Acceptable use
You may not use Reserrva for illegal activity, post defamatory or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights, attempt to breach the platform's security, run unauthorized automated scraping, or resell the service without prior agreement. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
Reserrva provides the software "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not a party to the contract between the business and its customers: the service delivered (a haircut, a tattoo) is the business's sole responsibility.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes are communicated by email or inside the panel before they take effect.
